Any fees paid to 11Credit are non-refundable once services have been initiated. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the terms and policies of the respective banks, NBFCs, or third-party service providers. 11Credit does not guarantee loan approval and shall not be liable for refunds arising from loan rejection, delay, or changes in lender decisions.
